All bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms which makes having privacy great. No fighting over who gets the bathroom! One king suite is on the ground level with walkout to patio area, another king suite is located on 3rd floor with balcony and the third on suite bedrooms has two twin beds and is on the 3rd floor. There is a Queen pull out sofa located on the second floor in the living room.
